The low-GI kitchen: pick a meal type and difficulty level.

A recipe for delicious baked salmon on a vegetable salad with lemon dressing! Sometimes it's nice to have a salad for dinner; lately I've grown very fond of the ones with chickpeas!

A quick, creamy cake with a dense texture - beetroot brownie. Definitely make it with raspberries or cherries!

Delicious spelt cookies with oat flakes and raisins. I simply adore them!

They are absolutely the best. They taste better than regular muffins, and they are deliciously moist and soft. You have to try them!

This recipe is ridiculously simple, but the flavor combination is so great that I had to post it here for you.

I guarantee you won't find a better one 🙂

Pasta with chicken, zucchini, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes for INSULIN RESISTANCE and SIBO. This pasta is very simple and delicious!

This DESSERT was delicious! And I once thought I didn't like chia puddings. If you want to keep it as a dessert, follow the recipe as written. If you want to have this dessert as a MEAL (because you can do that too!), then I recommend doubling the yogurt part (yogurts, chia seeds, xylitol, oat flakes) and leaving the rest of the ingredients unchanged.

Bounty oatmeal for INSULIN RESISTANCE and SIBO. You know, it's nice to switch up your oatmeal once in a while. This one is really cool. But I don't recommend it if you struggle with constipation!

I once shared a millet pudding recipe with you, but I think this one is even BETTER! Totally creamy, thick, pudding-like! It is properly balanced so it can be eaten with INSULIN RESISTANCE.

This pasta truly deserves to be called "f*cking awesome". I licked the plate clean after it. You have to make it for yourself. It is adapted for INSULIN RESISTANCE!

I promised the recipe for the best pumpkin cream soup. So come on in! Serve the soup as one course of a two-course dinner, or add more protein and fat plus complex carbohydrates.
