2000 zł for 90 days
The whole process takes 90 days: from the first consultation to habits that stay with you for good.
See the offerClick "check the offer", follow the step-by-step instructions in the booking calendar, enter your contact details, choose a date for your first visit that suits you and pay.

Once your first appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with access to the Client Panel and a consent PDF. Complete the dietary survey, enter your current measurements and update your food diary in the panel at least 24 hours before the consultation. Complete and sign the consent form, then return it by replying to the email. Keep your food diary up to date and record measurements as agreed with your dietitian so they can assess your progress before the next meeting.

During the consultation we set your goal together. I analyze where your insulin resistance came from. I find out why previous diets did not work. I analyze your test results and determine which additional tests are worth doing. I select individual supplementation. I educate you on the diet for insulin resistance and introduce the first elements of the Right GI Method. Within 3 business days of the consultation you receive your individual meal plan. After testing all of it you can request changes, which I make free of charge. After the consultation you get access to the training "How to choose products at the supermarket with insulin resistance?".
At follow-up visits we discuss your progress and adjust the plan to what is happening in your life. We free you once and for all from diets, gaining weight out of thin air, high insulin and lack of energy!

By email we will also determine whether you prefer a consultation by phone or via Google Meet.
The first online consultation lasts 75 minutes. It is followed by 3 follow-up consultations of 45 minutes each.
Within 3 business days of the consultation you receive your meal plan, recommendations, suggested supplementation, a shopping list, a list of food swaps and additional psychodietetic exercises if they are needed.

An additional helpful element of dietary therapy is sending in the results of your most recent blood tests - even if they were done a long time ago, they show your body's "tendencies" and help select the next follow-up tests.
Send your existing results at least 2 business days before your first appointment (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland) by replying to the email from your lead dietitian.
Blood tests reflect your state of health, and thanks to them I can tailor the recommendations and meal plan even better for you. They are not a strict requirement, but remember that it is worth doing basic tests at least once a year. Your family doctor (primary care physician) will give you a referral for them.
Before the consultation I do not ask the patient to do any specific tests, because every patient has a different medical history, family risk factors and symptoms. I select tests individually during the consultation.
Answers to the most common questions about working together.
Before the initial consultation you receive a detailed questionnaire about your food preferences. In the questionnaire you can mark, for each product, whether you want it to appear in your meal plan.
Of course, we are all only human. As long as the visit is rescheduled at least 1 day before the initial consultation, we can certainly find another convenient date for you by email.
Because the meal plan is only a tool for working on the patient's eating habits. Working with me as your dietitian, you will learn how to compose meals on your own later on, not how to rigidly stick to a meal plan. In addition, along with your meal plan you will also receive a food swap table that lets you rotate products within meals.
One week after receiving your meal plan and testing all the dishes, you can report that you do not like some of the dishes in it. That is completely understandable. Within 3 business days of your report you will receive a new meal plan with those dishes replaced.
Only if you ask for them. During the consultation we agree on the average amount the patient wants to spend on groceries and where they shop most often. The meal plan is adapted to the patient's taste preferences, budget and the store where they usually do their shopping.
In the initial questionnaire you specify what equipment you have at home, and the meal plan is adapted to it, so that the patient does not incur any additional costs.
You will receive your meal plan by email 3 business days after the initial consultation.
Of course, that is absolutely doable! Let me know during the consultation and I will plan your meals so that they also include a portion for the rest of the household.
Preparing meals does not have to be time-consuming. I can suggest strategies or recipes that are quick, tasty and simple to prepare.
