This DESSERT was delicious! And I once thought I didn't like chia puddings. If you want to keep it as a dessert, follow the recipe as written. If you want to have this dessert as a MEAL (because you can do that too!), then I recommend doubling the yogurt part (yogurts, chia seeds, xylitol, oat flakes) and leaving the rest of the ingredients unchanged.

You have never eaten a more delicious chia pudding / overnight oats. I give you my Dancing Avocado guarantee. The pudding can also be adapted for a low FODMAP diet.

My new superpower - BAKED OATMEALS. Each one better than the last. This one tastes exceptional thanks to the cream on top, which gives it the flavor of a classic carrot cake with frosting! I just love it!
