A delicious CHIA DESSERT for INSULIN RESISTANCE, because in my opinion it doesn't taste like a standard chia pudding. This time in a purple version with peach. SIBO version below.

Pasta with chicken, zucchini, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes for INSULIN RESISTANCE and SIBO. This pasta is very simple and delicious!

This DESSERT was delicious! And I once thought I didn't like chia puddings. If you want to keep it as a dessert, follow the recipe as written. If you want to have this dessert as a MEAL (because you can do that too!), then I recommend doubling the yogurt part (yogurts, chia seeds, xylitol, oat flakes) and leaving the rest of the ingredients unchanged.

You have never eaten a more delicious chia pudding / overnight oats. I give you my Dancing Avocado guarantee. The pudding can also be adapted for a low FODMAP diet.

Bounty oatmeal for INSULIN RESISTANCE and SIBO. You know, it's nice to switch up your oatmeal once in a while. This one is really cool. But I don't recommend it if you struggle with constipation!

I would happily call them "mind-blowing", because they were truly great! The recipe is for INSULIN RESISTANCE and can be modified for SIBO.

Delicious and sweet. They can also be modified for a low FODMAP diet (described at the bottom of the post).
